India has always been a land of freedom not since 1947 but even a hundred years before that! people used to live peaceful lives, yes this is the land of the brave, the courageous, the free. Indians are a tribe which shall never accept any kind of diktat from any other people. We love to be what we are. Yes we have a lot of flaws, we have a lot to learn but we are happy to be Indians.
